Provider Experience Team

Our Provider Experience team is designed to support the vital role providers play in Medicaid services, and it is structured into two key functional areas:

  • Provider Engagement: Focused on building and fostering meaningful relationships and facilitating ongoing collaboration, the Provider Engagement team works closely with our network to enhance the overall experience for providers. Through regular outreach, education, and feedback loops, we ensure that our providers have the resources they need to be successful and optimize overall performance.
  • Provider Relations: Provider Relations is dedicated to addressing day-to-day operational needs, from standard contracting to claims support. We strive to make every interaction efficient and beneficial, so providers can focus on what matters most—patient care.
