Proposed Policy Revisions

The following policies will be presented to the Carolina Complete Health Medical Affairs Committee as new policies for consideration and potential adoption. If adopted, these policies will be effective April 1, 2026, to coincide with the combination of Carolina Complete Health and WellCare of NC. *Note for the In Lieu of Services (ILOS) policy: Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (MH IOP) is not a covered ILOS under Carolina Complete Health currently; however, this will be a covered ILOS effective 04/01/26.
