Proposed Policy Revisions
The below policies are proposed revisions that will be reviewed in April's Medical Affairs Committee meeting. If you would like to provide feedback on any of the policies, email kmckay@cch-network.com before April 15, 2025.
The policies with significant clinical revisions proposed are Heart-Lung Transplant and Bariatric Surgery. The remaining policies have minor clinical revisions proposed or minor updates with no clinical impact.
