Thank you for your interest in becoming a Carolina Complete Health Network provider.
The Join the Network form should only be used to request contracts for Medicaid lines of business. You can also review a standard Medicaid contract template (PDF)
If you need to inquire whether a practitioner is linked to your group, notify us of any provider data discrepancies, or have other questions, reach out to your assigned Provider Network Support Specialist or email the team at: networkrelations@cch-network.com.
NOTE: Prior to contracting with Carolina Complete Health, providers must be credentialed with NC Medicaid. NCTracks is the “system of record” for provider enrollment data. View our Provider Guide: Provider Enrollment and Data (PDF) for more information.

Closed Networks for ABA and PSS Providers
In accordance with N.C.G.S. § 108D-22, as amended by Session Law 2026-41, Carolina Complete Health (CCH) is implementing North Carolina Medicaid requirements related to closed provider networks for Research-Based Behavioral Health Treatment (RB-BHT/ABA) and Peer Support Services (PSS).
What you need to know
At this time, no action is required for currently contracted RB-BHT/ABA and PSS providers unless Carolina Complete Health contacts you directly.
Currently participating providers
If you are currently contracted for RB-BHT/ABA or PSS services, continue providing services in accordance with your existing contractual, clinical, and regulatory requirements.
Providers seeking participation or with a pending request
Requests for participation will be evaluated based on applicable Medicaid requirements, member access needs, and network capacity. Submission of a participation request does not guarantee network participation.
Peer Support Service providers
PSS providers must continue to meet all applicable program requirements, including required Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) or Memoranda of Agreement (MOA), as applicable. Carolina Complete Health will communicate directly with providers regarding any documentation or remediation requirements.
Continuity of Care
Carolina Complete Health will continue to monitor provider availability and network adequacy to ensure members have access to medically necessary services.
